Dr. Czubiak and staff are THE BEST dental practice we have ever encountered. They have taken care of our entire family for over 15 years and we would never dream of going anywhere else!

Been a patient here for 20 year. Dr Czubiak. He's got a super clean super modern office with old fashioned, genuine staff. I come a little more often than some to keep up with my smile and health. The hygienists are patient and give care to what makes me comfortable with the expedience.
