I'm sad to read the negative reviews. People just don't like the cost of car maintenance, but it's necessary and these guys have to make a living too. Save your money and make your own food. I rarely eat out. This place has always been the best deal for me. Try walking into the dealer here, LOL! You can trust this place and these people. Don't hesitate. I went here for an oil change and a SMOG check. I was pleased with the service and it did not take long. The owner(?) is an older gentlemen who has some speech issues, I don't believe that he would be able to have a conversation on the phone because of this. In person he is very gracious and overall a solid 5.
I had called at the last minute to schedule a Smog Check for my vehicle and the gal who had answered the call set me up with one right away for that morning and at the perfect time that I needed it to be! Then once I arrived, my vehicle was checked in right away and the whole process took only 30 minutes max! It was awesome! And everyone was so pleasant, too! Huge thanks to the gal at the front desk and the guy who Smog Checked my car! I appreciated the efficiency!
