I love camarena on 6th Street Dr heu he's amazing when I can't see my actual Dr. Dr de Leon and also Dr de.leon is one of the best I recommend him very good and also Dr hue

Profit over patient care IMO. They don't have the alternative to paxlovid for patients with high cholesterol. This is understandable but they refuse to help with finding a pharmacy that does and expect a sick woman to call around multiple pharmacies in search of it. Even if they did have it they would not let her in to pick it up which is understandable except that prior visits they have insisted that only she can pick up her meds. This is just the most recent of multiple bad experiences here .
I used to work at Camarena and I know how dealing with patients can be difficult at times… but you should NEVER call the patients liars. Pharmacy tech really stood and argued with my mom calling her a liar. When I know that when they make mistakes and they’re caught they lie to make sure they are not put on the spot. Pharmacy techs should also be held accountable and take the patient experience course. Horrible service !
