We worked with Camacho Verticals in April. Trying to help a small business through the pandemic. They were great with great pricing when they wanted to get paid. That backfired. We’ve been stood up THREE TIMES now with requested warranty work. One of our zebra shades was hung incorrectly and is rubbing on the other causing it to fray. These shades were installed in April. 3 appointments missed without even a courtesy text. Integrity and customer service is lost by some. Looking at our next step at this point...
Felipe Camacho has displayed Horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I asked for a quote Friday. He promised to send the quote by the end of the day never did. I followed up on Monday he promised to send the quote never did and after 11:00pm at night was sending me YouTube videos of blinds and still no quote. I expressed that him contacting me so late and still not sending the quote was kind of unprofessional and he went off on me, literally texting me over and over again saying very unprofessional and rude things .... read more
