Completely incompetent over prescribed a medication that two others also wrote a prescription for because she didn’t want to write for Botox even though it had already been approved since last year by Kaiser. This Dr asked many unnecessary questions and never really did a full scope of exams. Discredited outside radiology reports and previous doctors even mentioned she was biased.
