My children have been seeing her since birth. She is very transparent and honest. I trust her with my children and the advice she gives the parents as well. She does listen to your needs and explains "why" once she gives her guidance. She has been right about my daughters developmental delays, not needing surgeries that other doctors have suggested (I went to her for a second opinion.) This doctor was amazing! We love our primary but my husband and I were desperate for answers so I booked with her. After I booked with her, read the reviews and was very very nervous to have my husband attend the appointment with us as he can be very openly opinionated. However, she was great! She Put all of are worries at ease and dug for answers. I can be pushy sometimes as I work in healthcare and she listened to my opinions with open arms!
Worst experience ever with Dr Nguyen. I've asked for callback to discuss xray results. Lies on mychart said she contacted parent and never did. This office has gone downhill. If you can pick a different provider do it!
Just had our first experience with this doctor. She seems nice but is incredibly rude with her lack of listening and talking over you while you try and answer her questions or explain something that matters. Then she proceeded to touch my toddlers genitals without gloves. Argued with me about not needing to wear gloves. Sanitizing hands is not 100%- this is why people are expected to sanitize AND wear gloves! And you’re expected to sanitize before and after the gloves! First time seeing this doctor. Horrible experience. She does not listen, she talks over you. She appears to not know the difference between a viral illness and a bacterial illness. She refused to test my child for flu even though her symptoms pointed to it. She stated there was no reason to give her medication. “Just to deal with it”. Ridiculous
