We stayed in the East Building on the 8th floor. Never had a long wait for the elevator. Here's some helpful things to know when choosing a condo; Tower 1 = East building Tower 2 = West building Tower 3 = Across the road East and West building can share amenities and pools. Tower 3 has their own. East and West building face the ocean. West building is closer to the pier. Tower 3 is closer to Pier Park where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Overall great place to stay! However, it was advertised that there is a hot tub on site. That is not accurate for Towers 1 & 2, which are the beach front towers. Tower 3 is on the other side of the street and has the hot tub, but no view of the ocean.
Not clear direction on how to get to room. Do not use water in room to make coffee, water is heavily treated with chlorine. View is really good, location is very good. Be prepared to bring everything you want to have in room. Bath soap, drinking water, shampoo, etc. Big con is not checking in until 4 pm, but check out is 10 am. Also be prepared to have to pay $60 for parking. Security is very helpful and friendly.
Their rooms are good size and you have everything you need in the kitchen to cook and the view is breath taking.
