We stay here every year. Bj overseeing the pool is amazing. She literally moved towels were people were unfairly saving chairs!
DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are nice, but that’s literally the only good thing about it. The security and HOA people are idiots and will close the pool completely for days over a small breeze.. because apparently it’s dangerous to swim with wind blowing at the beach. If you want to stay here and use the pools, make sure there’s zero wind. Update: they won’t let you use their other tower pool (which never closed because it’s a different HOA)… and they state it’s out of an abundance of “caution” (laziness).. the chairs have be... read more
I really enjoyed my vacation until I had a cleaner walk into my room without even knocking. Also it wasn’t the day for me to go. I also had another cleaner bang on my door at 7:30 am and check out isn’t until 10:00 am.
As much as we love staying here the resort should take into consideration the guest who pay $60 a day to rent chairs (especially on the front row) only to have people put up tents and umbrellas right in front of you. Pull the chairs closer to the water and allow the tents and umbrellas behind the rows of chairs. The resort smelled horrible this time and for a property that doesn’t allow smoking y’all should enforce the weed policy also. Couldn’t sit on our balcony at night without having to deal with that.
