Is an amazing healthcare provider. I was suffering with a skin condition for 10+ years and had been to other dermatologists, who had put me on immunosuppressants that weren’t working and I went him he was able to treat it with topicals and it cleared in a week. Practice is well kept and clean.
I would not recommend this practice. I received a misdiagnosis based solely on a photo, without any testing, which caused unnecessary psychological distress. I later pursued testing on my own and confirmed the diagnosis was incorrect. Additionally, when I needed treatment for an acne flare—something this doctor has treated me for previously—I was required to schedule and pay for another visit just to receive a prescription for fading cream for acne scarring, though I had just been seen a mere three weeks prior to the request... read more
I had an appointment today, completed my paperwork, and when I went to check in the receptionist told me my deductible would apply to the visit. I explained that when I see a specialist, I only have a $40 copay. She said, ‘Oh, it doesn’t even say that on the card,’ and I told her it doesn’t, but I know my benefits. I was encouraged by the dermatologist I saw to buy a lip care product from the counter, so I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the product gave me an allergic reaction. I called 3 different times to ask about getting a refund for the product and each time I was told that a message had been sent to the manager from whom I'd be hearing from shortly or the same day.
