Our builder used Calvin and Suttle for the exterior doors and shower glass in our new home, and these are the only two areas that have caused problems. The shower glass has been replaced three times and still is not functional. They are not responsive and the quality of work has been very poor. Do not recommend using this company for any project.
Don’t think they know what they’re doing over there. Didn’t install our shower door correctly and the tech came out and conducted a shortcut fix. I’ve called since to get information on shower parts and get the run around. Unsure of how they get stuff done.
I can recommend Calvin and Suttle completely for anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors. We have original hardwoods from the 50s that were torn up and looked horrible. Aaron, our project manager, was incredibly helpful in the process; including keeping us posted with photos of progress and helping us decide which finishes would best suit our vision. Absolutely excellence! Aaron and his team saved us. We had company redo our floors that did a terrible job. We were referred to Calvin and Suttle from our neighbors and they came to our rescue. The floors look amazing and they made everything right. Even come back afterwards when another contractor had got paint on them. Simply went above and beyond and I would use them every time. Highly recommend.
