Dr. Natanzon continually talks about my symptoms like they are not important, not urgent, and in his estimation, likely not real. At first I walked away encouraged, 'If this doctor isn't worried maybe I shouldn't be.' Now on the rare occasion I can actually get in to see him I leave feeling like I don't matter and have no hope of understanding or managing my condition.

I had an MRI for a few reasons. I needed a neurologist to read it. I have had others and they were nasty short visits with questions unanswered. He allowed me to explain myself to him. He listened. He answered every single question I had, and then gave me my results in a gentle manner with his amazing education and bedside manner. I highly recommend this doctor for for anyone who needs neurologist..

My brother saw this doctor recently for the second year in a row. When I joined my brother for an appointment and we asked for tests including a CT and and MRI we were told no. Dr. Natanzon has never done any scans on my brother in two years. On Wednesday my brother was rushed to the hospital. He had normal pressure hydrocephalus (a condition that Dr. Natanzon says he specializes in). He had to have brain surgery. The surgeon said my brother has likely had this condition for years and was horrified that Dr. Natanzon had said... read more

Dr. Natanzon is kind and patient, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me concerning my complaints and diagnosis, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I feel that he was extremely thorough and that I am/was in good hands with him. His office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful -- an unusual delight these days!

Seemed very promising at first what I originally liked was how personable he seemed but faded quickly he became hard to reach at critical times during medication changes and prescription refills Im really disappointed with this doctors bedside manner he lacks accountability I have lost my trust with this doctor and currently looking for another doctor it still says he's accepting new patients he should take care of the ones he already has if he doesn't have enough time to even take a call from a pharmacy let alone a patient ... read more

Dr Natanzon was prepared for my appointment as he knew about my issues as soon as I sat down to start talking which saved a lot of time for evaluation and questions/answers session. he is realistic about the evaluation and expectations as well as to make recommendations that are suitable. I was coming off another neurologist who only cared about caring me and never paid attention, thus, ti was a releif to find someone that at least listens to me.

Terrible doctor. Kept telling me I had inoperable brain cancer and only several months to live. I didn't, no cancer. He appeared obsessed with a terminal cancer diagnosis. His creepy obsession with my demise was absolutely awful for my family and me. He didn't get his MD from an American university.

Rude and smug. Will tell you your symptoms aren’t serious. Will tell you your symptoms are wrong. Will prescribe you medicine based off what he sees and not any real tests. No follow up and hard to get back into contact with. I told him I had a rare disease and was feeling suicidal over the pain and he LAUGHED
