Calvin is an absolute con artist. I was selling a property FSBO and a realtor contacted me wanting to represent me. We signed with her then a couple days later she tried conning us into an absolutely ridiculous Owner Finance deal with Calvin Davis. Turned out they knew each other. They lied and lied and lied. Tried getting us to sign an Owner Financing contract where Calvin only paid a portion of the accrued monthly interest for a 20 YEAR DEAL!!! Calvin was a great Realtor. He sold our house in one city and went under contract in less than 2 days. He then found us a great house in a different city and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend!!
