Dr chiang has been honest on my medical summary reports from what I saw on my visits highly recommended
My Service was at the RRH Neuroscience Center. (10 Hagen Drive) I was pleasantly surprised at the service provided by Dr. Chiang. He took the time to review my chart and previous health history prior to entering the room to speak with me. He took the time to explain every avenue I've taken and could take moving forward for my condition. He had great bedside manner and was even trying to keep the mood light with small talk and a joke or two when appropriate. Dr and helpers were great. Listened to me and were very helpful.
Refusal to treat me because I saw Dr Philip 2 years ago at U of R- he refused to treat me as a new patient because I “belonged to Dr. Philip” so DO NOT waste your time if you’ve been to strongs pain clinic in your lifetime!!! Very unprofessional!!!
