When I first moved to Charleston I brought with me an older Tag Heuer Daytona that hadnt worked in a number of years. It was recommended to me that if I needed service done for it, that Calvin Broyles was the only local jewelers to trust. Sure enough, I met Mandy Griffith and with 3 weeks my prized possession was ticking away for the first time in a decade. I cant recommended them enough if you need something special done or even just a battery change for your time piece! Thanks Mandy!
The whole team at the Teays Valley location is wonderful. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda. Her creativity and expertise in design produced the most meaningful piece of jewelry I wear now!
We wouldn’t consider buying jewelry anywhere except Broyles. We have dealt with them for at least 20 years. They have earned our trust, and they have always treated us well. My son recently purchased an engagement ring, and before he started his search, I made sure to tell him where to go. Mandy, Don, and the staff are very knowledgeable about what they are selling. They have always gone out of their way to guide my family with our purchases!
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professional service we received when dropping off rings to be resized. Joanne offered suggestions to strengthen the rings and was so friendly it was almost like we were family. Anne-Marie called me when they were ready and was also warm and kind when I picked them up. I am absolutely over the moon that I can wear my wedding rings again; they are bright, clean and sparkly! I will definitely come back!
Absolutely the best decision I’ve made! Ann Marie was so kind and knowledgeable helping me design my sapphire and diamond band. 10/10. Everyone in the store is so attentive and helpful. I will definitely use them for future purchases
