I went in to use the far infrared sauna. Really cozy place. Could have stayed all day! The receptionist (Elizabeth I think it's her name) is so wonderful. She is friendly and sweet and very informative. The sauna is a really relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back.

The environment is so inviting and friendly, and combines with obvious expertise about all that they do. It's personal! Something so lacking into much of my day. I love the products and the range of services that they provide, emphasizing organic approaches. I've been coming there since they opened 10 years ago, hard to believe!
This place is awesome. I really loved it! I will be going back!
Completely amazing. The staff are fantastic at what they do and are very personable. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
