I had a bad experience here. Three of us went for covid tests, despite having appointments we had to wait 90 minutes. Once we were seen, the MA did the swabs and we left (<5mins inside). I was later billed for "45-59 minute" office visit for each three of us despite never seeing a doctor. I contested this with the billing office but the provider had written false office visits so we couldn't contest it. I will not go here again. As an aside - it took 10 days to get our PCR results, so going was completely useless for us.

Asked multiple times how much it’s going to cost and they kept replying with sleazy statements like it will depend on the insurance. Later I found out that instead of prescribing me a generic brand medication that costs $20, they tried to bill my insurance almost $700 for an off brand version. Had to cancel the prescription. Place is unethical and scamy.

I'm extremely disappointed with the staff and the service. My mother and I made appointments to get our covid tests 2 days prior. I even called less than 24 hours prior to ensure that the test was available and it was the rapid test. They insured me that it was available and the correct one! When we arrived for our scheduled appointments they told us that they couldn't do the rapid test that we had scheduled for due to them running out of tests. They took very good care of my daughter. They were prompt, kind, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place.
