I have experienced the same thing with this Lady King, I had a problem getting the mailbox key to get my paypal card out, she acted so nice and told me she would get the key for me, however I have waited now almost a month, she gave me a ticked said I had a late fee for rent, I am trying to pay it so I check my account and see the funds are availalbe however they have sent it on the pay pal card that I found not in the box because this lady has ordered by leaving a note to the postman not to leave mail here, why if this is a... read more
These apartments are dirty trashy, and ghetto. This includes the owner Kim and Linda. Both are very unprofessional, I dont see how they are in buisness. True, they watch your apartment like hawks in the night. I lived close by the office so that really gave them a reason to look towards my apartment. They are evil, and have very nasty attitudes. This is so creepy...I am experiencing the EXACT issues here now in 2009. The manager Kim Noel is VERY RUDE, GHETTO & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! And describing the "owner" Linda, as RUDE, GHETTO & UNPROFESSIONAL, well, lets just say that would be an understatement.
