Ordered a starter from them and oh boy. Doesnt fit the holes are way off and it was shipped late by about 4 days… payed for next day arrival and had to wait as if I didn’t pay at all. Complete waste of money
The absolute worst experience ever. The people at caltric are the most unprofessional , and rudest ever. I ordered parts for my riding mower the first of July 2025, and they sent incorrect parts. The rep wanted photos of ever part, every part number, the box and all plastic bags. So I sent that info. After contacting caltric several more times, they told me they were sending the correct parts. I have a 2007 Honda trx 400 ex I order a rear axle and rear axle spindles plus a complete carrier bearing all prts where offered in a kit I checked and verified fitment before ordering the prts, when prts arrived I started installing the carrier bearing it fit perfectly, when I went to install the rear axle it would not fit it was oversized. Ordered a part was to receive on a specific day. I called and received rude service. Still waiting on part. I Will not use again. Unprofessional and extremely unreliable!!
