Ordered a rear axle for my polaris sportsman through their ebay account on Monday October 20th. Shipping label was created but package was not picked up until yesterday October 27th. A full week after I ordered the part with 4 day shipping. It was only picked up after I messaged to complain why my package has not left their facility. Ordered a starter and it would not fit my lawn tractor. When I went to return it they said it was delivered on August 1 but it was actually delivered August 6. My return request was on September 4 but they told me the 30 days had run out.
I bought a chain from this company 9/10/2025 I received the chain and sprocket set 9/16/2025. After installation I rode my bike for 5 days. The chain snapped almost causing an accident on a 70mph road. The damage to my motorcycle could have been catastrophic with major injury. I called and emailed multiple times and they argued with me saying they cannot do anything about my motorcycle that their product caused damage to. So looks like a lot of these reviews are correct. I ordered a rear axle on Amazon. Was wrong size, filled out a refund and the label at ups to send it back. Followed tracking all the way back where it was delivered back to caltric. Then a couple days later, my Amazon account shows that I already applied for a refund and when I click on it, it says already applied. Now there saying to fill out return label again and send it back. Well I don’t have it anymore because it got shipped back. never received my money back.
