I feel I failed my father by choosing Calstro. I imagine that when oral or pump pain medications are an option, Calstro can provide comfort and dignity, but that did not happen with my father. I communicated the unique needs of my father and was told that they were out of the norm but I was assured by Calstro representatives that they could provide comfort and care for my father’s situation.
