Who, I contact about the poor service that I have been receiving from my local dealer. The last two times that I have taken my 2010 Challenger R/T in for service, it has been damaged. The first time the paint was scratched. Just yesterday they scratched the rear Mag wheel & the paint on the wheel lip. When I asked about this Chad (the service manger) didn't even apologize for the damage. He simply said "we will fix it and we will never service your vehicle again.
