I had a drip of milk shake on my back driver door. Went through the car wash with 3 men working the front area and a gentlemen working the back. The milk shake was still there so I went back, the manager told me he sprayed the crap out of it and it was sap and not going to come off. I must look stupid...I went home and removed it with a wet rag in 15 seconds. Pure laziness there, I hope the owner knows who he has managing his car wash and that they lost a customer. My wife and I have used Cal's for years with no complaints. Today I washed my car and paid $10 for a deluxe wash which, in the past included a blow dry. Today no dryer. Either the fan isn't operating or they raised their prices and it no longer includes that. I will have to look more closely next time to see.

I WENT THROUGH THE CAR WASH LAST SATURDAY 4/20/19. THE WASH WAS OK, BUT I USED A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR MY WASH. CAL'S WAS THE ONLY ODD PLACE I HAD USED MY CARD, AS THE OTHERS ARE ALL REGULAR STOPS AT WHICH I USE THE CARD. THIS WEEK I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FRAUDULENT CHARGES ATTEMPTED ON MY CARD, HOWEVER MY BANK FRAUD SYSTEM CAUGHT THEM ALL, AND THE CARD HAS SINCE BEEN CANCELLED. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU USE CASH ONLY AT CAL'S AND THAT THE OWNER CHECK THE LEFT LANES MACHINE FOR A SKIMMER, OR CHECK HIS HELP FOR CROOKS.

I get the 'basic' wash for $6. In and out in just a few minutes.

Husband had truck washed it looks like it sprayed soap on truck and did not rinse. Poor job

Truly awesome customer service! Had a technical problem with the wash and he was here literally in minutes to fix it! Best wash in the valley! ��
