He was familiar with the area, similar homes and builds, and took the entire 2 hours inspecting a home that to the untrained eye was in great condition. His attention to detail was superb and he didn’t leave anything off the written report. When I had questions he was willing to go back and explain in more detail. He has given us great peace of mind in our purchase decision!
