Ryan was very thorough and professional. He noticed even the smallest detail. He was knowledgeable and anxious to do a good job. There was just one thing that seems minor now; he spoke too fast! It was difficult for me to follow what he was saying. Ryan was eager to please and wanted to do a good job.

I am a Real Estate agent so, I have seen and used my share of Inspection companies. Calpro is hands down the best in all faucets and types of inspections. When ordering an inspection for my Clients, I want them to know EVERYTHING good or bad about the home they are in contract to Buy and thats what Calpro inspectors deliver. Their inspections are very thorough and the reports are very detailed and easy to understand. Calpro is my go to and they always make me look good. Thank you for that and your hard work.
If you don’t have any visible damage before they come you will afterwards would definitely not let them inspect any other homes of mine. A total conflict of interest doing inspections and quoting prices to fix.
