My husband and I opened up an account online and went into the branch at UTC/La Jolla to deposit cash which we called ahead to make sure it was ok to do prior to bringing cash in. After the teller verified that the cash was fine, one of the managers came by and said that they would not allow us to deposit any cash, not even $100 into the account.
