My experience was distasteful as most other reviews on this company’s site. I came to the office on June 19/25 to be greeted with pulmonary therapies. I was shocked to be received by unprofessionalism in the front of the office and overheard the women talking about sexual vulgarity. The ambiance there is definitely negative. I was left in disgust overall at how a company can allow such inconvenience. Nonetheless , given this repugnant experience I will be resorting to change vendors as this is merely unacceptable.
Staff continued to argue with me, stating my husband's ( who has cancer! ) medical was pending and said that means it's not good, his medical was strait, open and active, I double checked with the hospital, who confirmed it was active and stated Calox is doing something wrong, in the meantime, no delivery of trek supplies or tube feeding liquid food
CalOx DME has horrendous customer service. I'll update this review in a day or so when I finally receive my correct delivery (because I wouldn't put it pass this team to mess up my order again in retailation). Whatever you do, make sure you take notes for every call you make with them and who you speak with.
