I ordered some custom hoses right before Christmas for an emergency job that I needed by right after Christmas and I called to see what the actual time frame would be. When I found out it would be after the holiday before they could even make them I let them know it was an emergency and I would pay extra if there was any way I could get them made/shipped early. He called me back in about an hour and said not to worry about paying extra, they would make and ship them out today. Incredible customer service.

The products are solid and the team is even better. They’ve answered so many questions I’ve had and been quick to respond to any inquiry. Ren deserves some special credit, he contacted me after business hours and worked through my connection problems step by step with my over the phone, honestly unbelievable and I’m very grateful, cheers!
