Extremely disappointed. Unwanted outcome from misinterpreted goals has required me to seek new orthodontic care at significant expense after already paying here. Dr. Dolce's office has been nothing but dishonest and evasive in handling an Aetna Dental covered claim from Sept. 2020. After repeated attempts to show Dr. Dolce's office a legitimate dental claim (we overpaid by $170 and are looking for reimbursement for the overpayment), the office staff ignored our written, phone, and in-person requests. Dr. Dolce's office even lied to my son, who is a UF student, and told him that they did not accept Aetna Dental in September 2020, which Aetna has assured me is incorrect. Aetna has prom... read more
