I contacted April through email and phone 4 different times. I finally gave up and she called me. Everytime I would return her call, no answer. Finally she called me and when I answered she scheduled a phone consultation at 10AM. She asked me to email my insurance but I wanted to speak to her first because I already felt some type of way with the terrible communication. And of course, now it’s 11AM and I never heard from her. Not a reliable therapist. Terrible communication and had first impression.
