Karen is very knowledgeable of her product line. She does a good job explaining how it works and the benefits they have on your face. She also emphasizes the importance of taking care of your skin and what product(s) best works for you. I like that they natural and organic without any chemicals. I would recommend her.

I have gone to Karen two times to date. She is very warm and welcoming. She had read up on my pre appointment information and was ready for my specific needs as soon as the appointment started. The facial itself was so relaxing and so hydrating! Karen has a great personality as well, she enjoys talking about the products and giving you a rundown of what it is and what it does along with just a pleasant conversation. Love my time with Karen, she is knowledgeable, accommodating and want what is best for my skin. I enjoy her massages and how she will listen to my concerns about my skin and help address them. Highly recommend anyone who wants quality facial. She also does not rush her sessions and take her time to make sure I’m well taken care of. Therapeutic and rewarding :)
