Dalia is simply the best. I’ve been seeing Dalia monthly during my marathon training. She listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable about how to help. I’m happy to report this training season I was completely injury free and Dalia definitely helped with that. I saw Dalia right after my marathon, and she recommended light massage and gentle cupping. I followed her recommendations and it really helped me recover. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dalia is such an amazing massage therapist. I see her for my achilles injury I've had for 3 years, every time I leave my session with her I feel more flexible, less stiff and more relaxed. Dalia truly cares and listens to her clients.
