Calma Holistic is hands-down one of the best places for runners and athletes to get a massage. Zaida is amazing- I get a deep tissue massage once a month. She takes her time and gets all the kinks out. I had a torn rotator cuff that has taken some time to heal. Her continued focus in that area has completely healed my shoulder and has given me full mobility again. You are a miracle worker! Thank you.
