My daughter was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease several years ago and suffered from low self esteem and anxiety. Adolescence brought destructive behaviors and feelings of low self-worth as well as troubled peer relationships. My daughter has seen Karen now for a couple of months for hypnotherapy. Karen is a consummate professional, who is trained in play therapy and hypnotherapy. She has many years of experience helping children and has the ability to see through their eyes and relate so well with them while using her expertise to help them. I would not hesitate to recommended her to friends and family.
Karen has such a natural and easy rapport with children. She can connect in ways most adults cannot. Karen has offered tips to help anxious kids calm down and work through their emotions. I've even used them myself, with great success! From her welcoming office to her fun techniques, her sessions seem less like appointments and more like play dates. Karen is one of the most compassionate and intelligent therapists I have ever worked with; she is a true mentor. She is going to work above and beyond to make sure your child and your family are getting exactly like what they need.
I have had the great pleasure and privelege to work with this fine upstanding therapist. Her methods are kind, caring and, above all, all about the particular child and their specific needs. She has a great knack of tuning in and making her clients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her services, even to adults!
I believe this so called therapist is a danger to young children...she filled my childs head with her own wacky thoughts and had my child hysterically crying and caused problems. Her approach was nothing but dangerous and now that she is out of my childs life(thank god!!) all is perfect!
Can't say enough about Karen, wonderful, caring, kind & extremely professional. My daughter felt extremely comfortable there and looked forward to each visit. I highly recommend.
