Easily my favorite Pittsburgh therapy office.
The Calm Pittsburgh office is clean, colorful and conducive to relaxation, which adds to the overall serene atmosphere.
When I contacted Calm to look for a therapist, their representative took the time to validate my concerns and needs and we worked together to choose a therapist. The offices are serene and well-designed, protected via a door code, and my therapist is willing to meet in person or virtually. One of my needs requires a different therapy model than my current therapist has proficiency in, but which is available within the Calm provider network, so I don't have to schedule elsewhere for that particular care. Charmaine Ensinger used to be my clinical supervisor, and I can say with confidence that she's an excellent clinician, as I've had her join me as a co-therapist on cases where I've struggled. Her warmth, genuineness, sense of humor, clinical skills, and vast knowledge always left my couples with warm feelings and a sense of optimism towards their situation. I cannot say enough good things about Calm Pittsburgh. I have been seeing Sarah Forrest for close to 2 years now and she is phenomenal. Even through a virtual meeting setting, I can feel her compassion. She is extremely attentive, caring, helpful, and every meeting gives me 100% of her energy.
