Dr.Chessman has been my doc. a couple years now he has been there for me through everything. He is compassionate and thoughtful. He listens and never judges. I don’t know if I’d be alive to write this w/o him being my doctor. The one thing I love about him is he has a genuine love to help people. I have bad trust issues. Not with him I tell him everything. He is 100 and a doctor him is hard to find. THANK YOU DR.CHESSMAN FOR BEING MY DOCTOR. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU.
I truly cannot express enough positive feedback regarding Calm Clinic; their communication is absolutely exceptional, and every single person I have had the pleasure of interacting with has demonstrated genuine kindness and a caring attitude! Furthermore, any problems or issues I encountered were promptly and effectively addressed without delay. In my opinion, it is unequivocally the finest Mental Health Agency available!!!
I recommend calm clinic to literally everyone. Julia is so kind and helps me feel seen. The entire office has serious kindness and compassion. The front, Julia, billing I absolutely am obsessed!
Patient abandonment when I needed my medication immediately. I sent in my request for a renewal of a prescription that I've been taking since 2019 via Walmart 3 times over 6 weeks. Each time Calm Clinic declined it. I had emailed my provider repeatedly, to no response. When I had only 1 pill left, I called and texted Calm Clinic. What used to be a great provider has fallen right into the gutter. I was on a trip, I had an issue with medications. I was in an area where my normal pharmacy doesn't exist. I asked if we could change pharmacies so i could transfer my prescriptions, it took right until THE DAY I RETURNED HOME to hear anything back. I had to go to urgent care in the town I was staying just so I could get a prescription of the medications I already take.
