First baby and pediatrician, and Dr. Moon exceeded our expectations. Super kind, patient, informative, and willing to discuss any concerns we had without any pressure in a certain direction. And her staff team were all very warm and friendly!
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Dr Moon is good but I think they have more patients than they can handle. No sick visits available for existing patients for days and they just tell you to take your kid to urgent care instead of trying to accommodate the kid to the next available appointment. No telehealth . No response if you try to reach them through their patient portal when you really need your Dr advice regarding your sick kid health.
