I went there with my husband and 3 young kids a few years ago and I will never forget it. The psychologist walked in 20 minutes late carrying his hot takeaway lunch. He called us in 5 minutes after that and I thought (at least) he would go overtime. No he didn’t. He also talked about irrelevant things, e.g books in his bookcase. If I read about the way we were treated there in a book, I would not believe it. What a waste of time!
