I bought a very expensive pair of Oticon hearing aids at this facility. The batteries died two years later and Callier can replace the batteries for a fee (perfectly acceptable) but they refuse to let you send the hearing aids to them via Certified Mail Insured, UPS next day or FedEx. For me this means a 400 Mile drive to take my hearing aids to Callier, then another 400 mile trip back when the hearing aid batteries have been installed. The technicians in the maintenance department are notorious for not replying to emails.
