I ordered a beer, I got sangria. Ten dollars for a small ramekin of guacamole is too much. We ordered some to go food around one o clock, and I had to change my order from what I was really looking forward to, verde chicken empanadas, because they wouldn't be ready until two. The jalapeño infused tequila was good, but I won't be going back.
Well, the place is small and cozy, but the food is not my taste we like to eat out and try different places and this is so far the worst place I've been. I ordered rice and beans and the beans had a good taste but the rice was salty and it seems like they gave me the bottom scraped rice it was hard and very chewy I like my rice fresh and that was not fresh at all. Staff is great. Food is AMAZING. I always have the tomato verde arepa. Basically fried green tomatoes in an arepa. Soooo good. Also had a side of plantains. ���
The food is amazing!!! I had the Bistek Mofongo it was the best Mofongo outside of Puerto Rico!. And the staff was great! We will be back very soon.
I loved the atmosphere and the arepas were the JAM!!!!! And people were chill and friendly �
