a visionary founder who supported the USGTF and great clubs
I purchased a Big Bertha driver in 2015. Last week the driver head cracked - 1/4 inch along the top behind the fan and halfway around the back. I assume this is where the crown is attached to the face and bottom. The club is unrepairable. Our pro shop contacted Callaway, who although very nicely, stated that the warranty does not extend four years. Purchased the Epic Flash driver and after a few months, I found an imperfection on the face. The issue was probably caused by normal wear and tear. I contacted Callaway warranty support and experienced world-class customer service. I was sent a replacement and Callaway has earned my business for life!
I’ve been a fan and user of Calloway gear for the last two decades. Great, innovative products and probably the best customer service / repair golf products maker in the business.
