Whenever I switch brands, I always end up coming right back to Callaway. They’re the best.
I purchased a Big Bertha driver in 2015. Last week the driver head cracked - 1/4 inch along the top behind the fan and halfway around the back. I assume this is where the crown is attached to the face and bottom. The club is unrepairable. Our pro shop contacted Callaway, who although very nicely, stated that the warranty does not extend four years. As an avid golfer and fellow sufferer of depression I think it's great that Callaway Golf brought him on board and supports him. Purchased the Epic Flash driver and after a few months, I found an imperfection on the face. The issue was probably caused by normal wear and tear. I contacted Callaway warranty support and experienced world-class customer service. I was sent a replacement and Callaway has earned my business for life!
