Phyllis does stunning work. She did the flowers for my sister's wedding. Her work added to the magic of the day. Phyllis went above and beyond to help my sister make her concept a reality and put her at ease. The wedding was gorgeous and Phyllis largely contributed to it. I highly recommend.
