My wife have spent many nights at Callahan’s. We love the cozy rooms with fireplaces and unlimited firewood! Very comfortable rooms with a great bed! Nice deck overlooking the Courtyard. The food has been excellent and the entire staff courteous. Nice bar Wally’s, met Wally great guy, said he has been there 35 years. This is our romantic get a way and just over 2 hours from Redding!
Been eating at Callahan's since I was a child and my children have also. Since I don't live in Oregon any longer we wanted my granddaughters to have the experience while visiting. Even though the original owner is gone and the menu very different it was still an enjoyable experience and the ambiance very nice.
My husband, 2 year old daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic Christmas Dinner this year. We both ordered the Filet and a lobster tail. I’m not a fan of seafood because it’s always fishy and the texture isn’t appealing. However, both my baby and I couldn’t get enough. It was a perfect texture, flavor and a perfect compliment to our steaks. We enjoyed our favorite local wines from Roxy Ann & Red Lily while listening to their great musician who entertained us with Christmas songs. A great addition to the ambiance. Excellent atmosphere and delicious steaks! I definitely would recommend and return in the near future! If you haven't been there it’s worth the trip!
Cozy rooms with fireplaces. Great food and ambiance inside and out in all seasons.
