I was able to look past the ramshackle waiting room with printed warnings all over the walls of the building with thumbtacks. And I was able to look past the rude receptionist when I was filling out paperwork. But when I found out why I was in so much pain they refused to see me. This is after a week of waiting for my appointment Then I went back in and called to get my $20 co-pay back they hung up on me. I’ve made sure I called my primary care physician to let them know about the horrible service I received.
Dr. Lapkowicz was pleasant and very thorough.
