I'm very disappointed with the service my granddaughter received at this nail salon. Her nails were done poorly, with several issues that were noticeable right away. What made the experience even more frustrating was the price. We were charged far too much for the work that was nowhere near the quality we paid for. I would recommend to anyone looking for a salon to NOT use this one.

I am beyond frustrated. I went in today for a shellac cat-eye manicure, and it looks incredibly sloppy. As you can see in picture the polish wasn't applied properly to the sides at all, leaving patchy gaps. The coverage is completely uneven across my nails. To make matters worse, the lady at the reception was unbelievably rude. I paid cash and declined to leave a tip for this terrible job, so she aggressively shoved the change into my hand. Horrible quality and toxic customer service. Do not waste your money here!
Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Asked for a removal for acrylics which came out to 20$, and I am expecting a proper soak off. The nail tech I was given was very aggressive, arrogant and rude overall. She immediately attempted to removed my nails (not filing, putting them in acetone etc.) but taking a nail tip and cuticle scissors to remove my nails very harshly.
