Calla's enthusiasm is contagious but her real gift is lending her deep, deep knowledge to the collaborative process. She has a way of presenting ideas in a way that makes you feel in control. I feel *I* have designed my wife's brooches and necklaces and earrings because Calla supports rather than directs. If you have strong feelings about design, she's a wonderful resource. If you are more open to suggestion, she is a treasure.
I just picked up my ring that Calla repaired for me and all I can say is WOW! She does amazing work! She re-pronged the diamond and re shanked the bottom. The cleaning and polishing were amazing! Highly recommended! I will use her for all my future jewelry needs! Thanks Calla!

Calla rebuilt a diamond ring from my grandmother that had an old setting which was complicated. No other jeweler even suggested rebuilding the whole setting. The best jewelry store here in Santa Barbara told me to put it in a safe deposit box and not to wear it. Thanks to Calla, it looks exactly the same and I wear it daily! She also made me beautiful custom design drop earrings to match hoops that now they hang off of. She's not just talented, she's also got great execution and beautiful design ideas!
