Worst experience ever! I went today to exchange a pair of shoes that I ordered online and tried them at home to see if they fit comfortable but when I got there the manager said she can’t do an exchange because of the condition of the shoes which I never worn and they were sent to me like that. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I went to return a pair of shoes I received online, they refused me claiming I had worn them. When I tried to explain they came to me like this they dismissed me. I asked for the customer service phone number and the woman told me ‘look it up myself’. When I asked for the sales associate and supervisor’s name for accountability they called mall security on me. Poor Customer Service. I had a disappointing experience at Call It Spring in Scarborough Town Centre. The customer service was not good at all. The sales associates were not welcoming and did not make any effort to assist customers. They seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. Yelling at a customer was never and will never be a nice thing to do. I won't post her name but the employee who yelled at us today should be disciplined. To the management, invest in a good training for your unprofessional and rude staff.
