This was my first time purchasing from Call It Spring and visiting the branch store at STC. Arrived around lunch break to collect a self pick-up shoe order. There were two staff members in the store, each attending to a customer. I approached one of them and was served quickly, but the interaction felt cold—there was no smile or sense of welcome. The store manager was very nice to us and made me feel like coming again !
I went in today to return two pairs of heels I bought online. One of the shoes had marks on the bottom which were sent to me like that. The store manager was very rude and dismissive. She went to ask me a question which I assumed was if I had worn them which I immediately denied. And she was like "well if you let me finish my question, it was did you try them on".
