As relocating buyers, we were not present for the inspection. Our realtor could have been more attentive, but that’s another story. The fact is, Dan uncovered a bunch a helpful stuff, but we are unhappy with what he missed. He did not call attention to kitchen ceiling work that had visibly been done as a result of water issues in an upstairs bathroom. We hired Dan to inspect a house we were under contract to purchase and WOW was he thorough! He spent 5 hours going over every inch of the property and oversaw additional sewer scope and radon testing. He even pulled out a drone to get an amazing view of the roof. His report was very in depth but still very easy to follow. Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing the house; however, we will definitely be hiring Dan again when we go under contract on another house.

We used Dave and his partner for our recent home purchase. After buying the home we found he missed three large windows with broken seals, and a water heater that Excel reported “has been leaking gas for sometime.” Thank goodness we are alive. We hope we don’t find more costly surprises. We are very disappointed with the inspection and the response Dave shared when these misses were brought to Dave’s attention about seeing the clause that he might miss things.

My wife and I found Dave and Dan on Google sure glad we did. They have inspected 2 homes for us. These two men work very well together as a team and they are extremely through as a team.
