After having lived in one of their properties for almost 4 years, my family and I decided it was time to move on. We gave notice that we would not be renewing our lease. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had. They seem sweet and like they care when you tour and apply but that’s where it ends. For two years we had continuous issues with live and dead animals getting into our house with zero urgency and poor communication from Call Dolly. We had raccoons and squirrels living in our walls. One raccoon died in the wall and it took a little over 3 weeks for them to send someone to cut it out, so our kitchen smelled like rotting animal. Dolly is a very passionate person and trys her best to deal with all tenants with respect. She runs the shop almost entirely by herself which is a feet in itself. She’s done this for 20 years plus and has seen every shady character there is. When you talk to Dolly in person you’ll figure out she’s actually a really caring soul and trying to help out everyone she can. After many years of people giving her a hard time and tenants being ridiculous. I can see why sometimes Phone mannerisms are not always on target. I would sugge... read more
