Initially, I was taken aback by his insistence on upfront payment, asking for $150 for the first hour of work and then $100 for each subsequent hour. The service call was excellent, we had a late night emergency repair needed to be fixed and the car repairs was done very perfessional as well as the guy who was sent out to do the repairs I think his name was Demetrius. It took 10 minutes for the arrival and 20 minutes to do the job with professionalism. I would most definitely be using there service if I ever need any work done again. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, knowledge and communication that they provided. Already have contacted for needs on another vehicle. All in all I don't believe you can go wrong with Cranked Up, they have the expertise to do the simple to major repairs.
You call this number listed, but he doesn’t do the repairs. He’s just getting paid to send someone else to do the work. He sent a guy to tell me that he would come back the following day. He didn’t show up on time. He told me all about his drug and relationship problems. Instead of vacuuming the old Freon out and flushing it, he just let it out like air from a tire.
