03/11/2020 @ 330pm I called and scheduled for a technician to come out and snake my main line.... I have everything open and ready to be done.... was given a 2 hour window forum 5-7pm which was good.... at 730pm no show so incall the number back to make sure everything was on... the lady answered and verified my information and appointment time as well as said she would have the tech call immediate... at 845pm I call back still no show or call with my septic lines still open in my basement because it still needs to be snaked... read more
RecommendedI called this morning about a leaky pipe, they sent Stan over in less than 30 minutes. Nice guy, fixed the issue fast! I'm very happy with their service.
Broken septic pipe. Earth Care quoted $1375 and took a week to just give us the estimate. Call Clint came out gave same day estimate of $618. Did the job the very next day. — at New Hamburg, New York.
A Leak in our bathroom on a Sunday. Matt was an experienced professional and solved the issue. We found a new plumber!
Problem not resolved. Huge charge for a few minute visit. Pushed voluminous paperwork at us to sign that we later, after resolving the emergency with another company, (who charged much less than Clint) had a chance to read and we had signed that we wrre satisfied and would pay all charges if we sued them!
Called them on Dec 30th in the afternoon and they called us back right away and came over on New Year's Eve. Fixed our problem right away and were very reasonable and personable. Would recommend highly!
