I was just on the phone with the receptionist and she hung up the phone on me. I just wanted to let you guys know that they are rude they don’t know how to treat the customers. Apparently, the reception in the front needs to go through a very severe customer service training because they don’t know how to do business with the people who apparently gives them a job and because of the customers they are getting paid.
I have always had an amazing experience - Dr. Boudreaux does the best Botox!
Dr. Calkin is always thorough, but just as importantly she has always made me feel comfortable and cared for. Myself and my family has been a patient of hers for about 20 years!
